1 Answer from Attorneys
Unfortuantely, you need to hire an attorney to help you. Why not look for someone recently out of law school -- their prices might be cheaper. Also, check with website for your area. Most of these attorneys are top notch and are willing to work with you.
If you have her social security number, I might be able to locate her. I charge $75 for this search.
I'm not sure what county you live in. I do primarily Harris County, TX. In Harris County, if you can't locate her the judges will appoint an attorney to find her and you pay for it. Sorry! But it is the judges policy and non negotiable.
If you qualify for pro bono (free) legal services, check around. Lone Star Legal is throughout the State of Texas. Some law schools also do free divorces.
I charge $1 per minute for a consultation.
