Baffled by Monthly Net Resources in Findings (Sec. 154.130)

It has been less than a year and the difference, according to my calculations, is less than $100. I work on a yearly contract basis, so the amount of earnings has not changed. The negotiation conference, which I didn't attend for the above reasons, yielded an increase in net monthly resources of over $936.00, which, applying the guidelines, increased my monthly child support payment by $280.00.

I've used several instruments for arriving at the gross yearly, to the net monthly, using the 2004 Revised Tax Chart namely, 2003 W-2s, 2003 Income Tax Return, and the quarterly earnings for 2003 reported by my employer to the Texas Workforce Commission. While I have tried to talk to the AG's office, they are not backing down from filing their Petition for Confirmation of Nonagreed Child Support Review Order (confirmation of Arrears and Modifications).

I've never been in arrears of any kind--ever. The arrears in the petition are dated one month prior to the negotiation conference, which I believe has started the clock on the new child support payments had they begun since then, meaning that I will have to make up that money in addition to the new increase in child support payments.

What do they have? What am I missing? Thanks.
