Posting a notice in the newspaper is not enough.

You need to hire an attorney to help you.

I would not waste your money with the kits sold on t.v., radio or on the internet. Most are sold by companies outside of Texas & they do not follow Texas law. The judges hate them and many judges won't accept them -- so you use them at your own risk. And, I've seen many companies then refuse to refund your money -- their "guarantees" are worthless!

You have a complicated divorce with a missing spouse so just hire an "expert" to help you.

Check out this website & hire an attorney! Most of the attorneys on this website are very friendly & helpful -- they answer questions for free.

I don't know where you live but you might want to contact PATRICIA BUSHMAN at 713-807-9405. I rent space in her office. Tell her that I sent you. I'm not taking cases because my mom just died. Her prices are very reasonable & she takes payment plans.

Good luck!
