Bigamy
my husband has remarried another woman and didnt obtain a divorce. Can he be prosecuted by law and be made to pay for a divorce.

Bigamy is a criminal charge to be prosecuted by the DA. You can file for divorce as a civil matter, but whether the judge would order your husband to pay is entirely within the judge's power.

I agree with the last response. Bigomy is surely a "fault" factor that a court will consider in deciding how to divide your community assets and liabilites, including ordering him to reimburse you for your attorney's fees incurred in the divorce. However, there are other factors to consider as well. If interested in pursueing a divorce, give me a call.
