bigomy, can I get in trouble

Married in nevada 6 years ago, can not locate wife, filed for divorce in texas,want to get married in nevada before final paper work is ready in texas, can I be arrested for bigomy

I suggest you wait for the divorce to become final in Texas. Otherwise, your new marriage in will mostly likely not be a valid marriage.
