There was a bill that was given to me on the divorce decree. I had to file bankruptcy and now they are going after my ex.
He is going to sue me....what can happen?

If your final decree contained an indemnification clause, you will probably have to pay him for any financial damages he incurs. You need to ask your bankruptcy attorney to look at that part of your decree.
