what is a bill of review for an appeal
1. what is a bill of review for an appeals, this a special form or is it merely requesting, that the exhibits be sent over and prepared and reviewed?
2. Is there any law that says a judge is required to hear evidence, rather than just except it in a box?
3. If the case starts and you are latter told of in already in progression, and you find out that the judge is someone who you have previouly sued, where in the case is going on, what growns do you have for reversal of the decision of the judge do you have? The jusge did not recluse herself, and the issue had already been going on when--name removed--was finially told about the case, where after she got there the judge read--name removed--her rights and told her if she wanted an attorney, so basically because the judge implied an attorney,--name removed--waited do do a lot of the discovery and stuff?
4. What constitute the owning of land, legally?
5. If affidavits are signed and the deed of property are in someones name, can the person claim his sister owns everything when there is no connection to her owning these?
6. How much does INS make a person put up for sponership to the USA?
7. Does a person waive ADA rights if they do not continue to object to these being violate
