Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My bill of review was filed in march and has been pending. My lawyer has magically dissapeared and doesnt know how to return phone calls. Is there anything i can do to set a date or inquire on the status of the bill

I assume that your lawyer has not filed a motion to withdraw, that is, I assume that he is still your attorney of record.

Stop using the telephone. Write him a paper letter. Lick a stamp. Tell him: "I want to talk to you. I want to get my case set for a final hearing." Give him your phone number (even if you know he already has it).
