billing

can an attorney bill me for talking to opposing attorney? Also can they bill me in incriments of time, meaning, all my bills are for .25 or .50, .75 minutes, none are exact??

Yes, often a big part of your attorney's job includes talking with the opposing attorney, and if your attorney is working on your case then you can be billed for the time. Your contract should explain the billing process.
