Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
The biological father of my child whom I have been living with on my income 95% of our relationship, but in his owned home and vehicle, seems to be wanting a separation. He of course would still have his home, w/ vehicles, while I am to leave with my employment only, and personal clothing ,even though, I have been able to save nothing because of him living off my low income mostly, entirely. What should I do?

I am assuming that you and he have not been representing yourselves to others as being married, and that you have no agreement to be married (as in, "married right now," in the present tense).
You don't have any property rights in his home or vehicle. I suggest that you file a paternity suit right away (you'll need a lawyer for this, or you can go through the Attorney General, which will take much longer). A paternity judgment will order Dad to pay child support to you every month, and may even award some retroactive child support to you (probably NOT for any period when you and Dad lived together, though).
