Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I have two biological sons from my ex wife and they got taken and put in state custody (NM) along with her two other sons. during the time that they were with the foster parents I was gong to counseling, parenting classes, and I was the only one doing visitations, I was trying to get my boys back. Then I found out that the foster parents of my boys were trying to adopt them. I talked to my older sister who was established, (I was not established enough I was at that time still living with my mom) and she said she would adopt them, so I signed over my rights and she adopted them (all four boys) Now recently the boys were taken by the state (TX) from my sisters custody (for abuse) and put temporarily with her sister. I want to know what I have to do to get my boys back in my custody?

The rule is that once your parental rights are terminated, you can't go get your child back. This is covered in section 102.006 of the Family Code.
