bipolar dad & visitation

my ex is bipolar. he gets our dtr for 30 days each summer. she went for 2 wks. i called daily asking to talk to her, he wouldnt allow it. i asked where she was while he was working, he wouldnt tell me. he took her accross state lines for a camping trip, wouldnt tell me where. she came home w/ 2nd degree sunburns on her head/face. she tells me he drank ''a ton'' & he doesnt take his meds where she can see anymore. what are my options? im supposed to take her back to him on Sunday (tomorrow) my gut tells me no. I am concerned for her safety & wellbeing. she didnt even know i was calling to try to talk to her

It is after Sunday, so I don't know what you chose to do. In the meantime, get a lawyer to modify your possession order, to either restrict his visitation, or install some protections for your daughter -- so that this doesn't happen again.
