birth father rights

if i am over 21 and married, does my birth father hold any rights over me, any/all circumstances included? i'm also pregnant with our first child - would he hold any rights (again, any/all circumstances included)? if yes - how do i go about preventing him from those rights?

Re: birth father rights

Almost zero rights. If you die without a will and without a direct descendent, then he could inherit from you. Make a will. If you prove to be a danger to yourself or others, as a relative, he might try to be appointed a guardian -- HOWEVER, that is an extreme circumstance, that doesn't happen very often. Take care.
