Birthcertifiacate

Me and my husband now wanted to see if I dont have a father listed on my kids birthcertifacate if it would be easy and leagle for him to have his name put on and us have my sons last name changed to ours. On the birthcertifacate he was using the name I used witch was my ex last name still but that is not his father. My husband now is the only daddy hes ever known. Thanks

The process is not as easy as your question implies. The birth certificate can be corrected for errors. The omission of your husband is not an error that could be corrected by changing the birth certificate. Your present husband would have to adopt the child in order for the child to have the same last name. Contact lawyers in your area to find reasonable fees for this service.
