New Born Custody

My wife and i are getting a divorce

but have filed any paper work, she

has stated to me that she doesnt

want to keep the new born she is

having today(may 28, 2009), i tried

going to the hospital but was turned

away, because my wife didnt want

me up there..however, my wife does

want custody of my 19 month old

son, i was just wondering how hard

will it be to take custody of both

children? and can she hospital staff

keep me away from my newborn?
