Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I bought a house myself while my exgirlfriend and I were living together. I put the house in her name only. Went to court and ageed to a rule 11. Can I get back the money that I bought the house with out of my own bank account with only my personal checks?

We need some more information:

1. Why did you "go to court?" Who sued whom? And for what?

2. What is the substance of the "Rule 11"? Does it dispose of all issues raised in the lawsuit?

3. Did you and the girlfriend ever have a written agreement about the house or the house payments?
