Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My boyfrien pays child support for his two sons, and has visitation every 2 weeks and during the summer. We were informed today by his 10 year old that their Mother is moving them to Florida from Texas with her lesbian lover in about 2 weeks. What can he do about this matter legally?

If there is a restriction in the court's order as to where the kids live, sue to enforce the geographic restriction. If there is no restriction, then sue for primary conservatorship. If there is no restriction, it will be a tough suit to win. If she moves, he can still ask the court to make her pay part or all of his travel expenses to visit the children.
