If you have no money, then you need a pro bono (free) attorney.

Go to the State Bar of Texas website and look for the free services in you area.

You need an attorney to assist you.

You need to locate her. If you can't find them, that is going to be a problem.

It sounds like there are no court orders in place. If there are none, then he is not violating a judge's orders.

If you belong to a church, I suggest that you go to your church and see if the church can assist you. Often the minister can find an attorney that will help you.

You can also call the United Way and see if they can assist you.

You need to write everything down so that you have an organized file on this matter.

You can also contact the Legal Aid Office of Northwest Texas. They provide free civil legal services to eligible low income residents. Abilene is one of the areas that they cover. You can contact them by going to their website at http://www.lanwt.org or ringing their Abilene office at 800-933-8591. You may also want to contact the police and report the parental child abduction. Afterwards, you should file for custody of your daughter as soon as possible.
