Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My boyfriend is going through a divorce. He has two children. They both play sports. His ex continually takes photos of me at the kid�s practices and games. She laughs and points at me while talking to the other women at the games/practices. I have asked her twice to please stop taking pictures of me. We are in a public place and i wasn�t sure how pictures of me sitting in the bleachers would help her divorce?
Can I serve her with a cease and desist letter for harassment and defamation of character. What else can i do to scare her/get her to stop acting like i am a criminal for supporting my boyfriend�s children...
Also, while the divorce is going on they are sticking by the county standing orders, which say that i cannot be in the residence with the children between the hours of 8pm-7am. This standing order does not include a public place correct?

You need to talk to your boyfriend's attorney immediately!

Does his attorney know that you are going to the children's sporting events?
