Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my boyfriend got a divorce from his wife and in the divorce he has to pay the house and car off and also pay spousal support, he agreed just to get out of the marriage. My question is: is there any way that we could go back to court and try to get out from under the house payment agreement?

Is he ordered to pay the house note AS SPOUSAL SUPPORT (this is very important)? If not, then the house debt is just an ordinary debt, and if he doesn't pay it, there really aren't any consequences (he coul dbe sued fo rmoney, but he can't be sued for contempt).

As for going back to court, a divorce decree is a final judgment, and is non-appealable after 30 days.
