Boyfriend won't leave my apartment
Boyfriend's been living with me since Dec. 08' he was evicted from his apartment now he won't leave. Has no job. My name on lease only. What can I do? Am 9 months preg with his child.

First I'd talk to your landlord about your options.
You can usaully evict a person thru the small claims court. I don't know in your county where you would go. Look on-line for your county's small claims court and either call them or go there in person for assistance.
