Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My boyfriend I have lived with for 2 yrs physically threw me out of his house and changed the locks on the house. I filed assault charges and got a protective order against him. I am legally disabled have not worked and have no money. He has been moving my stuff out to a storage unit. I wasn't told I could ask the court to make him leave just read about it on the internet

You probably can't make him leave. You have no claim to his house, as you might if you had purchased it together or if you had been married. You are just a girlfriend and don't have any of the rights of a spouse.
