my boyfriend was married to someone for 24 years---and has since left --- found out his then wife was married a long time ago 1982 --- never divorced--so i understand this makes his marriage to her not vaild --- the problem is --together they bought a house --- which he does not want and is willing to part with---we want to get married and need advice --- we do not wish to get this ex in any kind of trouble just would like his freedom so that we can move on with our lives ---- what do you think should take place
