Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My boyfriend and i have a 11month and were on the rocks alot. weve taken some time apart but i do not think it is looking good for us in the future.... how do i make sure my son is secure in every aspect but how do i keep him from keeping my son in the future.... ive said we need to be civil for the baby but theres times where he dosent know how to carry himself ....

Recognize that you both be co-parenting your child together for the rest of your child's life.

Put your child's needs before anything else.

Always take the "high road".

I encourage couples to mediate before litigation.

Learn to work together.

If you can't get along then try counseling. Do whatever it takes to learn to cooperate so that your son's life is the best it can be.

Your son is only 11 months old! You have at least 17 years ahead of you!

Actually you have a lifetime of parenting & grandparenting together! So the two of you need to learn to get along!
