Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My boyfriend and I had a son together in september of 2007 we have been seperated and went trough the Texas attorney gerneral to decide child support and visitation. The papers state that he lives with me ( his mother ) and visits his father on a schedule that we both agree on. This has been working fine for over a year. Now his father want to make it where I cant move outside of surrounding counties. Can he do this? What can I do to prevent this?

What do you mean the father "wants to make it" where you can't move? Has he filed anything with the court?

Until he does, don't worry about it.
