Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
An ex boyfriend has threatened to show unclothed pictures of me to everyone. He took advantage of me when i was drinking and took my phone from me,took numbers,screen shots, and is threatening to send my pictures to everyone including my father. He has also pushed me around screamed at me. Seems like i cant be with anyone because he says he wont send them out as long as I do what he wants me to do which is not speak to the guy I was talking to. Is there anything I can do to stop this? I am very scared, 21, and realize I ve been incredibly stupid.

The assault (pushing) is criminal activity as is taking your phone. The threats probably are.
You can go to the family violence division of the local District attorney and file a complaint and a protective order to get a court order for him not to carry out the threat.
This will show him that there will be consequences to his actions. Regrettably this may not be enough to stop him from sending the pictures. I would recommend that you do some damage control and tell you dad and your friends.
