Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In my boyfriends divorce decree it states his kids can't be around me how do we get this removed because he's about to move in?

File a Petition to Modify the Parent-Child Relationship. When he goes to trial, he just needs to show the court that whatever reason there was for the kids not being around you no longer exists.
