my boyfriends ex wife!
my boyfriend has a three year old daughter. i gave her a bath last time she was here, my boyfriend was busy getting ready so we could go run errunds. she tells her mommy (most likely because she coaxed it out of her). two weeks later (now!) she calls my boyfriend and says if i give her another bath she will call cps on me. i have NEVER done anything wrong and never touched her inappropriatly. all it is is her bitterness from the divorce WHICH SHE ASKED FOR. i'm just afraid i will be dragged into it.

1. Anyone can call CPS at any time on anyone. You will probably NEVER know who initiated the report since it is confidential.
2. CPS may or may not investigate.
3. When the child is with Dad, he is responsible for the child's care and control. I assume that you did not "hurt" the child in anyway while giving her a bath.
4. Welcome to a divorced man with minor children!
5. Who initiated the divorce is irrelevant.
6. If you want to date this man, you need to consider what your life is going to be like with his ex-wife in his life. She is NEVER going to go away. She will always be the mother of this child. This will continue past the child's 18th birthday. If you marry him, you (in reality) invite her into your life for the rest of your life!
