Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My boyfriend's ex wife is court ordered to carry insurance for their daughter. Here recently she got sick and she wanted us to take her to the doctor. Come to find out their daughter no longer has insurance because she said medicade dropped her. The ex ended up taking her to the doctor but now she wants us to pay her for the visit and anything else even though it was her fault for not having insurance on her. And I've never heard of medicade dropping anyone unless they just don't go and reapply...

Read your court order. It probably states that if Mom doesn't provide health insurance, she has to pay 100% of the medical expenses.
