Breach of Divorce Decree

Ex wife has not refinanced property and now is going into foreclosure.

Contact the mortgage company and try to negotiate a deal to either pick up the payments yourself (if that is feasible) or make some other arrangements to cooperate with them.

I suggest you hire a lawyer to negotiate a deal on your behalf because the lender will be much more inclined to make a deal with a lawyer than an individual.
