Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

After break-up with boyfriend, he took my house key, and physically removed me from the home. It has been three weeks, and he will not allow me access to retrieve my belongings. I have clothing, furniture, household goods, decorative items as well as storage in the garage and attic. I have made attempts in person he will not ans door, and has texted me to leave or he will call police. I have phoned, he will not answer. I have made every attempt to reason with him by text. Occasionally he will respond, but whenever I ask about making arrangements to move my stuff out, he stops. What rights do I have to my personal effects?
