Breech of marriage contract

When a contract for marriage has been cancelled by the

bride-to-be and the engagement ring is financed by the

groom-to-be. Is the bride-to-be entitled to keep the

ring or return it to the groom who has been jilt

If the bride-to-be left the marriage without cause, then the husband-to-be should be entitled to the ring back. If the amount is less than $5000, then you can bring the claim in a small claims court with or without a lawyer.
