Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

What do I bring

I am going to court in 5 days to get my divorce finalized. What will happen? What do I need to bring with me? Also, my husband signed a waiver of citation and has decided he won't be at the proceedings. I was told that he didn't have to be there. I'm so lost at this point. Please help.

Another good reason to have hired a lawyer. You can go to the law library at the courthouse and learn how to do a proveup, or you can attend court and watch and listen as other people get divorced in a waiver hearing.
