Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My brother died in 2004 and he has a daughter we would like to see. The maternal grandmother has kept her away from us for years. Now she is 15 and would like to see us, what can we do to be able to see her? We live in Dallas TX.

She's 15 years old? Call her and ask her when the two of you can get together. Find a time when she's free and meet her somewhere.
