Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My Brother & "ex"? sister-in law finalized their divorce recently, she is pregnant & planning to remarry soon. My niece mentioned it only a few weeks after the paper signing. They were separated more than a year before it was official, is the divorce legal?

You'll want to look at section 160.204 of the Texas Family Code. If the baby is born less than 301 days after the divorce is final, there is a presumption that the ex-husband is the father of the child.

The divorce is "legal."
