my brothers wife commited adultery and they have 4 kids but he just found out that 2 are not his she has been having an affair for 5 years. if he wants to fight for his kids does he have a good chance of winning the case or not?

Generally, adultery doesn't make any difference in a custody case. A woman can be a terrible wife, but a good mother.
The question would be: How did Mom's adultery affect the children? Did they even know about it?
