cancelling temp.guardianship of a minor

I have temporary guardianship of my nephew. He is going to live with his mom. What form do I need to fill out to cancel my guardianship of him?

Without seeing what you think gave you temporary guardianship, there is no easy answer. Have a family law attorney review your paperwork. If you didn't go through the Courts, whoever gave you temporary guardianship may just need to do a revocation. If you went through the Courts, it's a lot more complicated.
