Car payment

Divorced but still on the car note with my ex-wife - she is almost 60 days late consistently each month - can i start making payments and have the car towed to my house without her having any legal recourse? The divorce was a no contest divorce - easiest one on the books.

You could try for a motion to enforce and seek contempt. You might get it then. Good Luck.
