car
i separted from some one i lived with for 14 yrs.we bought a car from an accident i had,i put most of the money down,when i left i told him we will fix this later,i thought we could work things out,but instead he left to oklahoma to live,what can i do from here,,,,thank you

If you are common-law married, then you file for divorce, and the car is an asset to be divided by the court. If you are not married, then you have to sue him to recover your share of the car.
