Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have taken care of a child from the time she was born until sep of this year. she went to live with her mother and ended up being put in foster care by cps. her real father shows up and claims her. she has only spent one week of her life with him and i was wondering if i would have any right to fight for her. I have 2 other children that are brothers of hers.

If she was taken from you less than 90 days ago, yes you can file a suit asking to be named a conservator. But you will need an attorney and you will need to file quickly.
