Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In my case one big drawback is, nobody saw me being beaten by my husband,. The beatings always happened at home and inside car with closed black windows. My divorce case is suffering badly as I am not able to provide evidence to support. I dont have medical records but have 911 and police report

Do you have a lawyer? The 911 calls and police reports can be admitted into evidence. An attorney has the knowledge to subpoena the records, and get them properly admitted. If you do not have an attorney - this is why your case is so difficult. There are victim assistance programs available and they can refer you to attorneys who can assist you. Many work at a reduced rate, and on payment plans, in these circumstances. Good luck.
