Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
i currently have a case of enforcement aganist my husband. in addition to this i belive that he have abused my son and sent an email regarding that to my attorney. in casual reply she states that she hopes i know that all my emails are being autmatically forwarded to his attorney and his to her, i am furious. isnt this a viloation of privilege?

I suggest that you talk with your attorney to clarify your understanding about what is happening with your client-attorney communications. If you are not satisfied, you have an absolute right to teminate the attorney-client relationship for any reason, or even for no reason.
If you feel that your attorney has violated the attorney-client confidentiality, or otherwise acted improperly, you also have the right to file a complaint with the State Bar Office of General Counsel. For more information, call 1-800-932-1900.
