Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a case filed with court already to change my sons last name ! The dad is taking way to long to sign the wavier of citation ... Ive had him served by a constable ... What should i do next ? Oh he has a lawyer

If he's been served by the constable, you don't need for him to sign a waiver.

Set the case for trial.
