Is my case going to be strong.?

Since I've already applied divorce and its in process. And got married since 2204 june and our marraige was never consumated and I'm still a virgin.. Because he neglected me all the time intense abuse and control, lack of love.. so I want to know if my case is going to be strong if presented before the judge or not ?

Texas is a "no-fault" divorce state. You do not have to prove anything to get a divorce.

No matter what forms are online or what kits you can buy, divorces are really not DIY. You really need a good family law attorney who knows the law and understands what you should be entitled to to present your case if there are assets that should be divided.
