Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a case in Tyler County were my boyfriend assaulted me at his home . The grand jury indited him for strangulation. My question is that I have an 8 year old son that I have full custody of and lives at my home with me. After this I have been seeing him for a long while after this happened. My son was not at his home when this happened. SO WILL I GET INTO ANY TROUBLE SINCE MY SON GOES WITH ME SOME TIMES TO HIS HOUSE AND MY BOY FRIEND COME TO MY HOUSE WERE HE IS SOMETIMES?

So you are still with this guy that strangled you? I am surprised that his bond conditions do not require that he stay away from you. And yes, there is a high probability that the child's father or CPS will challenge your ability to provide for this child's best interest, and seek a change in conservatorship.
