If I get cash for child support is that considered a gift without legal papaerwork

That question that is phrased in a way that is legally unanswerable. What court orders are in effect? Child support outside of the SDU is still child support, and has to be reported on a Direct Payment Affidavit. Is perjury part of the plan?
