Change custody orders

I would like to change my custody orders from 6 to 6. To from school and returm him to school. do i need a lawyer or can i do it on my own?

If both parties are not in agreement you will need to go to Court and modify your order. If you both agree to the change nothing stops you from just agreeing to do it, or if you want something enforceable you can do an Agreed Order.

If you end up going to Court you really need an attorney to handle things for you. It's too easy to make what ends up being a bad mistake.
