Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am trying to get a change of venue from one county in Texas to another County in Texas. Can anyone help me. I went to the Law library and I have the Motion for change of Venue form but I need help filling in the blanks.

Change of venue is not easy.

You definately need an attorney to do this for you.

I don't know of any attorney willing to help you "fill in the forms" -- you want someone to do it for you for free! Sorry! The liability is not worth it.

If you have no money then try a pro bono (free) service. Try the State Bar of Texas website for a pro bono service. Be aware that they are backed up due to the high demand for services.

In summary, change of venue is very difficult. You have to have grounds to change venue. It's possible if it is legitimate. You don't get it just because you want it.

Good luck!
