Change visition

My ex wants to take me back to court to change her visits to a week at a time even during the shcool year. Divorce was finale in feb, how soon and often can she take me to court?

Generally you can go back to court once a year.

Of course, if a situation is an emergency, there is no waiting period.

You probably need to talk to your attorney or retain an attorney to get more detailed legal advice.
