Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Changing court jurisdication after you moved.
My original custody and child support order was done in the State of Nevada, we have been residence of the State of Texas since prior to the court order 7 years ago. How do I file these court orders with the State of Texas so that I will not have to return to the State of Nevada for further court actions?

You will have to domesticate the Nevada Judgemnt. To be technically correct you should also file a Motion in Nevada to have Nevada cede jurisdiction to Texas. I have done this type of work across the state and would be happy to help.
